 Heringer Estates Family Vineyards and Winery is a small, family-owned winery nestled in the picturesque region of Clarksburg, California. We are dedicated to producing high-quality wines that capture the essence of our unique terroir and reflect the passion and tradition of our family. With a rich history in farming and winemaking, we are looking for talented Tasting Room Associates to join our team and help us share our wines.

Summary Description:  This position is responsible for selling the Heringer Estates region, brand, products and experiences while fostering authentic relationships with customers both onsite and offsite. This position is right for you if you are reliable, outgoing, love all the charms of farm life, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy connecting with others. 

•  Exemplify customer service standards and seek continuous improvement of the visitor experience throughout the property.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly, seeking positive outcomes.
• Diligently work toward meeting sales and wine club goals 
• Facilitate winery events  
• Stock supplies and maintain displays
• Perform sales transactions using the POS system 
• Host private group gatherings, tastings and winery tours
• Moderate to heavy physical work

We’re looking for someone of integrity who is flexible, smart, hard-working, resourceful, organized, detailed oriented, enthusiastic and has high ethical standards. You should be a fast learner who is comfortable multi-tasking in a consistently changing environment and a self-starter who is willing to identify a need and take action. You should also possess a positive, can do attitude, and handle direct, concise and at times confidential communications (written and verbal) in a group environment. • Experience in retail; preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
