 Summary Description:  The Tasting Room Associate is the face of Heringer Estates with a passion for service and sales.  This position is responsible for selling the Heringer Estates region, brand, products and experiences while fostering authentic relationships with customers both onsite and offsite. This position is right for you if you are reliable, outgoing, love all the charms of farm life, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy connecting with others.  This is a part time position that includes evening, weekend and holiday hours.

Tasting Room Associate Expectations

Tasting Room Associate Responsibilities:

• Exemplify customer service standards and seek continuous improvement of the visitor experience throughout the property.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly, seeking positive outcomes.
• Diligently work toward meeting sales and wine club goals 
• Facilitate winery events  
• Stock supplies and maintain displays
• Perform sales transactions using the POS system 
• Moderate to heavy physical work
• Assist with other duties and projects as assigned
