Frequently Asked Questions about the Heringer Estates Wine Club
There is no membership fee to enroll in the Heringer Estates wine club. Just pay for your wine club releases with your club discount and enjoy all the perks. This is an ongoing membership and the customer agrees to join the club for a minimum of two consecutive shipments.
Upon enrolling in the wine club, you authorize Heringer Estates to automatically bill your credit card account on file for shipments. It is the member’s obligation to notify Heringer Estates of any address or credit card changes prior to each shipment to avoid delays and additional re-routing costs.
Your membership discount varies based on the club membership level you sign up for.
Double Gold – 35%
Gold – 30%
Silver – 20%
Bronze – 15%

Yes! Your membership discount applies to all wine and event purchases made with Heringer Estates online, at the tasting room, at events, and at the farmers markets.
To use your wine club discount for wine and event purchases at HeringerEstates.com, please login to your customer profile using your full email address for your username (unless otherwise modified) and password during the check out process.
Yes! Approximately two weeks prior to each shipment, you may login to your customer profile at HeringerEstates.com and click on the “Member Choice” link to view which wines are in your upcoming wine club release. You may customize your club selections by selecting other wines or different quantities as well as add more of your favorites to your order.
You will need to customize each release separately. Please note that you must facilitate any changes and custom requests via the website or by contacting the wine club manager directly prior to the order processing date.
Depending on your frequency preference your wine club orders will be processed based on the following schedule:
Bimonthly – January, March, May, July, September and November
Quarterly – February, May, August and November
Semi-Annually – April and October
You will receive a confirmation email when club releases are processed and available for pick up in the tasting room or shipped. As part of our sustainability program, and to help reduce waste, we are now packaging your wine club pick-up orders in our Heringer Estates reusable totes. We encourage you to bring the tote back during your subsequent visits!
It is our goal to guarantee the wines in your club release for 60 days from the original club processing date. If you pick up after that time and any of the wines in your club release are sold out or no longer available, you will have the option to select your favorite varietal from the wines that are currently available. We will only ship your club release on your request to do so.
Club members in the Silver, Gold, and Double Gold clubs enjoy FREE shipping on all club and any additional purchases. Bronze members enjoy a $15 shipping rate for up to one case (12 bottles). When shipping wine we require a valid business or residential address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. An adult, 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for delivery.
After you login to your customer profile you are able to update your password on the “Login Credentials” tab. You will find the password update immediately below your username. If you do not remember your password to login to your customer profile, please go to the Member Sign In Page and click the link “Forgot your password”.
You may cancel anytime after with written notification after receiving two consecutive club orders. Requests to discontinue your membership must be done in writing and received 10 days prior to any scheduled club processing. Cancellation requests are not accepted in the tasting room. Please Note: Early cancellation is subject to the charge back of any membership discounts received prior to the required two shipment minimum. Wine club orders are non-refundable if a cancellation request is made after processing.
