Returns and Cancellations
At Heringer Estates we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will offer to replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and transaction number for return instructions.
Heringer Estates is able to ship wine directly to customers from a selection of states. Heringer Estates holds permits to ship wine directly to the following states:
- New Mexico
- New York
- North Carolina
- Washington D.C.
Some exclusions apply for the following states:
In Arizona we are not able to ship to these cities due to additional permitting: Apache Junction, Avondale, Chandler, Douglas, Flagstaff, Glendale, Mesa, Nogales, Prescott, Peoria, Scottsdale, Sedona, Temple, and Tucson.
In Florida we do not ship to these zip codes: 32013, 32066, 32321, 32334, 32335, 32360, 32427, 32437, 32463, 32428, and 32462.
The following states are only permitted for onsite sales only: Kansas, Georgia , and Rhode Island.
Heringer Estates contracts with Global Logistics Systems (GLS) for delivery of shipments to CA, AZ, NV, and OR. Federal Express Ground is the Heringer Estates carrier of choice for all other states. Ground shipping is provided by GLS and Federal Express Ground at current market rates. Wine Club Members in the Bronze Club enjoy $15 flat rate shipping per every 12 bottles. Wine Club Members in the Silver, Gold, and Double Gold clubs enjoy free shipping on all orders. Learn more about the wine club here.
